Terms of service

Order Minimums & Limits

  • Minimum Order: 3 tubers per order. These can be all the same or a mix. Orders with fewer than 3 will be canceled and refunded.
  • Per-Variety Limit: Max 5 tubers per variety.
  • Important Note: If the store is closed or password-protected, it's not open for shopping. Orders placed through bypass methods will be canceled.

Discounts & Codes

  • Automatic Discounts (U.S. only):
    • $250+ = Free Shipping
    • $500+ = Free Shipping + 10% off
    • $1000+ = Free Shipping + 15% off

Product Types & Inventory

  • Tubers: Single tubers only (not clumps), grown on our farm in Eugene, OR
  • Rooted Cuttings: Limited availability, clearly labeled when listed. Shipped only when ready and fully hardened off.

Shipping

  • Tubers:
    • $15 (up to 5 tubers)
    • $20 (6+ tubers)
    • Shipping begins when weather permits.
    • Early shipping by request—voids our guarantee due to storage risks.
  • Rooted Cuttings:
    • Risky to ship—refunds only within 3 days of delivery, with photos.
    • No refund on shipping cost for cuttings – You will help share the risk associated with shipping cuttings.

Guarantees

  • Healthy Arrival: Tubers and cuttings should arrive healthy and true to variety.
  • Virus Testing: While we can’t guarantee virus-free plants, we rigorously test and only sell strong performers.
  • Gall: We inspect thoroughly. Contact us with photos if something looks off.
  • Broken or Blind Tubers: Report issues within 1 week of delivery.
  • Failure to Sprout: Let us know by August 1—refunds only.  An email with pictures is required.  We will not discuss issues over any social media platforms.
  • Mismarked Variety: Report with photo by October 1 via email only.

What We Don’t Guarantee

  • Buyer handling errors (storage, watering, early planting, etc.).
  • Crown left exposed = voided warranty.
  • Issues reported after 1 week of delivery.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel before shipping, but a $15–$20 fee will be charged to cover transaction costs.
  • No fee if we cancel due to crop failure.

Fairness & Integrity

  • Bots or unfair shopping tactics = order cancellation + restocking fee.
  • Exploiting website vulnerabilities = canceled order and account restrictions.
  • These are just flowers—let’s keep things kind and fair.

Returns & Refunds

  • We don’t offer returns.
  • Refunds are case-by-case and must be requested promptly with photos send to us via email within the appropriate time limits set here.

  • Do not use social media or messenger to contact us.
  • Do not call us using Facebook Messenger.
  • I will reply to emails within 48 hours, usually, sooner.
